Hi Folks,

I'm as guilty, more so than most of doing it all on FB but there are some Forums bucking the trend so maybe this is one of them?

Jake knows all this but I bought my NF as a non running project about a year ago. It's one of the JNA military bikes imported from Yugoslavia (via Germany) a decade or so ago. As far as I know it hadn't run since being imported as it was kept as a spares bike by someone who had two. I paid one 1980 BMW R65 plus £200 for it and he may have got the better deal ;-). Biggest problem was it didn't start and it took 6 months to establish that the pushrods were not crossed so the timing was reversed - easy fix once you know...

Now the bike is working it's winter so I'm still tinkering about but not much riding. It's very much an oily rag bike and I intend to keep it that way and in broadly military spec.
