Wanted: Nuovo Falcone Fuel Tank ==> Update: Found a Tank

Update: I found a tank on eBay Germany.

The fuel tank on my recently acquired '70 Nuovo Falcone (military) suffered from condensation rust during a 30 year and has a large rust hole on one side about 3/4's up.  I'm testing the waters as to whether it will be cheaper to buy a new tank or repair what I have.  Bodywork isn't cheap!

Anybody have a spare fuel tank?

Hi

I  managed to find  this guy a couple of years ago who had an NF in parts and he  sold me a pair of  side covers , I am pretty sure he also has a Fuel tank  but  i suspect  the  postage  might be expensive to the USA ..... might be worth  dropping him an email

I've had a saved search on eBay for NF parts for several years now, and have seen a tank only once in that time, so they're not common.
There were several truckloads of spares auctioned in Serbia a couple of years back, but they haven't surfaced yet AFAIK.
