I'm sorry, I just had a look, but nothing there. You might try one of the Italian sellers, like Callestani or Valenti.

Thanks Randall and redsingle for your responses, has anyone adapted one from another bike, i tried to fabricate something from a car boot switch but not really working properly.

I do have some other rear brake light switches, but are not original NF. Though Italian make. I could take some pics if you're interested .

ref:-brake light switch. there is a lucas motor cycle one that fits straight on. just requires slight adjustment of operating lever. sorry don't know part number.

following last posting  -part no is Lucas 34815 fitted to triumph  bsa  and Norton commando . listed at £6.50 plus on Ebay

A bit late in the day, but I managed to strip mine down, clean it and reassemble, so the stock ones are repairable with a bit of care.

I also stripped and rebuilt mine. Much corrosion inside and the c clip had corroded and snapped. If yours is buggered, may as well try.
