N. Falcone with hamburger on the hoof

St. Lawrence River near Mallorytown

Town Hall, Gananoque

Lower Brewers Lock, Rideau Canal

At F%!?&* Doug`s

yes it was cold - never above -5c, but with two sets of long underwear, two leather jackets and snowmobile gloves and boots, plenty toasty.

Nick

Eeeeeek. I can feel the cold just looking at the pictures! Mind you, I suppose you're better protected than the cattle, and they look happy enough! What kind of temperature was it?

Just noticed it was at the end of your post...  :-[ Too damn cold for me.
Bizarrely it's like Spring here today; we have a roller coaster jetstream that's funnelling alternate days of cold and warm air over the country.
It was snowing on the hills yesterday, and today we have gales and 12 degrees C!

-5c again.  Dead still, but heavily overcast.  Looks like snow. No riding for me today. :(
