Decals for Civil

I’m looking for a complete set of decals for a Civil including both mudguards
I can see some on eBay but thought I’d ask about any recommendations
I assume they are all vinyl stickers?
Should they be clear coated / lacquered???

Welcome Paul,
I've never replaced mine (yet) but the set I bought (off eBay) look like waterslide transfers, although I wouldn't be sure until I used them.
Why not ask the supplier?

There are on the market those of a modern type, that is, vinyl adhesives, which I have used for the recent restoration of my Civil,
